Surprisingly comfy despite quirks

The bed was comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home immediately, providing us with helpful local tips and recommendations throughout our stay.

The breakfast area was cramped and chaotic, especially during peak hours, making it hard to find a seat and enjoy our meal.

It was a quiet hotel in a new area, short walk to The science Museum and Sea Life at the MOA instead of the Twins game and many popular stores and a grocery store, liquor store and gas station plus a Smash Burger.

I picked the hotel based on location, pool, and price. I would stay again

No elevator

The staff at the inn were super friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect, just across from the mall. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful every morning! The pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

I enjoyed the friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean enough, and the location worked perfectly since it was close to the Mall of America and several restaurants. The breakfast had a decent variety, and I appreciated that it was well-stocked. It got a bit crowded in the breakfast area during peak times, so I had to wait for a table. The pool area looked nice, but I didn't get to use it. The bathroom door in my room did stick a lot. The tub drained slowly on my last day, frustrating. I wish the breakfast hours extended a bit longer for late risers. I would stay again for the good value and location, but I hope they address those maintenance issues.

I really enjoyed my short stay, especially the clean room and how relaxed I felt at the indoor pool and spa area. The only quirky thing was they opted for sachets instead of little bottles for the soaps, a bit odd. If you're looking for a chill spot, definitely check this place out 😊
